They can mostly be found in Codlea to stay closely involved with the community centers.<\/p>\n

This allows them to maintain a sense of the execution and development of community center Lumina and to focus on the long-term vision. It is also important to provide support to Tania and to have contact with the volunteers.<\/p>\n

In Romania, Martin and Jacqueline are largely engaged in expanding the network. To grow the community center concept, it is essential to find the right people. And of course, it is also important to collaborate with churches and establish connections with administrative organizations in Codlea.<\/p>\n

Additionally, they come up with new activities for the community center and how to implement them. <\/p>\n

Tania Cojoc<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

Tania is the face of Lumina! She is employed by the foundation and dedicates herself full-time to community center Lumina. Tania is of Russian descent and has been living in Romania for over 12 years. She designs and organizes all the children’s activities at Colorom and Nord. In addition, she is involved in setting up new activities. She conducts home visits with the parents of the children, provides guidance for the youth group, and offers support to the volunteers.<\/p>\n

She is a born teacher; her natural love and warmth for children are invaluable! The children are crazy about her. She wants to reach the children with the gospel because nothing is more important to her than that.<\/p>\n

Tania plans the activities for the children’s clubs and carries them out. Additionally, she collaborates with Cris, Teo, and Mihai for the youth group.<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t

Cristian is the ‘jack of all trades’ within Lumina. He works as a volunteer for Lumina. Cris has lived in the Netherlands for several years and also speaks the language, which is extra helpful for us.<\/p>\n

He supports the youth group and helps Tania wherever he can. If something needs to be arranged at the last minute, just call Cris, and you can be sure it will be taken care of. Mihai is 18 years old, studies, and is an avid basketball player. A few years ago, he came to faith, and his heart burns with passion for God. He grew up and lives in the Colorom neighborhood, where the community center is also located. Mihai knows the struggles of the teenagers in this neighborhood like no one else. Because he has experienced how life can change through and with God, he is eager to commit himself to the youth. Together with Teo, he volunteers with the youth group. He prepares the Bible study and organizes activities for the teenagers. His enthusiasm is inspiring; he gives it his all.<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t

Teo is 18 years old and studies. He came into contact with faith through his sports teacher and has come to faith himself. He wants to dedicate himself to telling young people and teenagers about God. Teo has experienced how good God is, and he wishes the same for these teenagers. They face many problems and temptations, and often find it difficult to navigate through them. Together with Mihai, he volunteers with the youth group. They prepare the Bible studies, go out into the streets to invite young people, and organize various activities.
