Community center Lumina has now been open for over two months. The attention and interest from the neighborhood among children and youth have been enormous. The community center is being welcomed with open arms and has seen a huge influx, particularly among children and youth. They come by daily, and the activities at the center have already developed a strong appeal. <\/strong><\/p>

One of the notable aspects of Community Center Lumina is the children’s club, which quickly had to be split into two groups due to its growth. These two groups offer a wide range of thematic activities that are both educational and fun for the young participants, often based on the Bible. <\/p>

<\/p>

Themes<\/strong><\/p>

One of the themes covered is “Never Give Up.” Through interactive games, creative crafts, and inspiring stories, children are encouraged to persevere, even in difficult times. <\/p>

Another relevant theme addressed at community center Lumina is “First Aid.” Here, children have the opportunity to learn basic first aid skills, such as how to act in emergencies, when to seek medical help, and how to treat minor injuries. This practical knowledge can be invaluable in daily life. <\/p>

Christian Education<\/strong><\/p>

At Community Center Lumina, it is also wonderful to see how the children engage with Bible stories, learn songs, and ask to pray. The community center provides an opportunity for young people to learn about the Christian faith. This aspect of community center Lumina contributes to the well-being and personal growth of its young participants while also promoting a sense of community and connection within the local neighborhood. <\/p>

Adults<\/strong><\/p>

We see that adults still experience a threshold in coming to community center Lumina for themselves. This will take time, and we firmly believe that they will find their place at the center in the future. <\/p>

We are grateful for the warm reception and the growing success of the community center. We see this as a sign that we are on the right track and are determined to continue offering valuable and inspiring activities for the community of Codlea. <\/p>
