The choir consists of 17 enthusiastic amateur singers, driven by a passion for music and singing, and was founded out of a love for singing. <\/strong><\/p><p>It was a wonderful evening centered on our connection to the work in Romania. The work at the \u201cLumina\u201d (\u201cLight\u201d) community centers in Romania can be described by the key words \u201cGod\u2019s care, love, light, and caring for one another.\u201d These themes were musically portrayed in songs that express these values. For example, the songs \u201cSource of Love, Light, and Life\u201d and \u201cGod So Loved the World\u201d rang beautifully through the church.   <\/p><p>Halfway through the program, a video was shown in which we provided a glimpse into the work being done at the community centers. Both the Lumina Colorom and Lumina Nord community centers were featured, and we used this to highlight the range of activities: from reading the Bible and praying to arts and crafts and playing games. And, of course, there was plenty of music.  <\/p><p>What a wonderful and meaningful evening.
