Obviously, a foundation cannot exist without a board. For Zalomi, this board consists of five enthusiastic, driven and ambitious individuals who are fully committed to the objectives of the foundation.

The Zalomi Foundation was founded by Martin van Hell, our president, and Jacqueline Ravenhorst, who serves as secretary. Their shared passion and dedication laid the foundations for what Zalomi is today. With their leadership at the helm, they are supported by a team of equally dedicated board members.

Marcel Pluim is our treasurer and pays close attention to the foundation’s finances, making sure we use our resources smartly and fairly. Ard Slagmoolen, as a general board member, always thinks strategically and brings fresh ideas to improve our projects. Harmen van der Wekken, also a general board member, has a lot of experience and wisdom that always provides our board with new, valuable insights.

Our board believes that a well-functioning board actively participates with plans and ideas. There is always room for feedback and critical review of implementation and innovation of ideas. Meetings are short, efficient and structured, allowing us to quickly get to the heart of the matter and make effective decisions. All this has a great chance of success thanks to the personal click and sense of humor we share within our team.
