You can donate to the non-profit foundation. Zalomi, with its registered office in Zeist, and registered with the Chamber of Commerce under number 91737451. Zalomi has been designated as a Public Benefit Organization.

Donation terms

These donation terms apply to any online donation made through www.zalomi.nl to Zalomi. On the website mentioned earlier, the donor is asked to accept these donation conditions by placing a check mark. Zalomi reserves the right to change these donation terms at any time.

Zalomi’s rights and obligations

Any payment made by a donor via www.zalomi.nl will fully benefit Zalomi and will be used for innovations, improvements and extensions in accordance with Zalomi’s mission and vision. Refunds are not possible Zalomi will take appropriate measures to secure the transfer of data under this action. Persons authorized on behalf of Zalomi to have access to this data are required to maintain secrecy, except in cases where the law provides otherwise.

Donator’s rights and obligations

Zalomi will only use the donation for innovations, improvements, and extensions, and the donor is not entitled to any other rights. The donor must be at least 16 years old to make a donation. The donor is obliged to provide the name and identity correctly. The donation must be made using resources available to the donor and in control.

Legal

Only Dutch law applies to your donation and these donation conditions. Zalomi processes personal data in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.
